We are looking for a Financial and Administrative Assistant to support the CFO in his missions. The position will be located in our Swiss office in Basel for a period of 18 months.

The Financial & Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to add-value with his/her expertise in assisting the CFO and CEO on achieving business objectives.
The Financial & Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CFO and support him in the company organization. The role will be to provide all levels of finance and administrative support to the CFO. Mains tasks include but are not exclusive to:
- Support the finance activity, including reporting review and some financial analysis
- Monitor the accounting production of the different subsidiaries and ensure correct financial communication between the different entities (Basel, Dublin, Mulhouse, and Parsippany).
- Support in controlling and optimizing the cost accounting system and traditional budget report (reportings activitiy indicator, financial analysis)
- Monitor billing and collection of the different subsidiaries
- Support relationships with external partners: certified accountant, auditor…
Profile :
- Graduated with a Master’s degree from a Business School with a major in accounting or finance, you master the office automation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint…) and an accounting tool as well
- Good communication/presentation skills
- Rigor, method and relational capacity are essential to succeed in this position as well as mastering general accounting
- Mastering English and French is compulsory. German would be valuable as well.
- A first experience in this field is necessary.
