Job description
This is a work-from-home position. Candidates applying for the job should live in the UK and be based in the UK while working in this position.
As a CSE you will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations by handling a variety of inquiries. You will be working a minimum of 10 hours per week, and up to 48 hours per week during our busy periods.

Jan - May: Required work hours min. 10 hours, max. 32 hours
June - July - Aug: Required work hours min. 32 up to max. 48 hours
Sep - Dec: Required work hours min. 10 hours, max. 32 hours
Actual hours required will be different and will be communicated 4 weeks before the beginning of each month. E.g. Ultimately Feb 1st, work hours for every week in March will be communicated.

Jan - May & Sep - Dec
- Morning: 7am - 2pm GMT
- Weekends: 7am - 9pm GMT

- Weekends: 7am - 9pm GMT
Evening & weekend contract:
Jan - May & Sep - Dec
- Evening: 4pm - 10pm GMT
- Weekends: 7am - 9pm GMT
June - July - Aug
- Evening: 1pm - 10pm GMT
- Weekends: 7am - 9pm GMT
- Twice a month virtual 30-minute team meetings will be organized, of which it is compulsory to attend at least one per month.
- 4 weeks (15 hours per week) of paid onboarding-training from home, to ensure you are fully prepared to deliver great guest experiences. All but 4-6 hours per week are fully flexible.
- Additional training opportunities available on an ongoing basis, both internal job-related and external courses on a range of topics.
- 25 holidays per year (on full-time basis) pro-rated based on previous month’s work hours
- Quarterly Bonus Plan - 12% of your salary, based on set targets.
At-home office requirements
- To execute at-home work you are required to provide the following equipment on own expense:
- A safe and healthy work environment
- Desktop or laptop with a screen resolution of at least 1680 pixels (screen width)[1]
- Ability to use Google Chrome as browser (Windows vista, windows 7, windows 8, windows 10 required)
- Internet bandwidth: 256 Kbytes per second (2 Mbit/p sec)[2]
- Minimum system memory of 4GB[3]
- Dual core processor with a minimum of 1.5GHZ [4]
- Latest update of Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
- Antivirus software with up to date virus definitions
- Willingness to enable computer password and hard disk encryption
- Willingness to update operation system browser.
Your at-home office should be free of any distractions and background noise and remain so for the period of your work hours. Completing the work hours cannot be combined with dependent care during the same hours. If dependent care was required for in-office work, it will be required for the required work hours.
