To satisfy our growing operations and upcoming projects for the North American Market, we are looking for Project Planners.

Based in Kanona, Ney York, you will be responsible for developing schedules to support overall manufacturing requirements. You will also asses schedule risks and opportunities and will feed information to Program Managers, Purchasing, Lead Engineers, Manufacturing, Production and Materials Planning, Site Manger and others concerning overall master plan for achieving customer requirements based on program commitments.

In your role you will

- Develop detailed execution plans, using critical path analysis, to support budget, production plan, inventory and build policies;
- Develop and maintain manpower plans for each work center. Establish plant wide manpower forecasts based upon the strategic plan and the master schedule;
- Identify schedule deviations and develop recovery plans. Build alternation plans from various hypothetical scenario requests from management;
- Establish shop capacity;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired profile

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you possess:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera Software;
- Your knowledge of advanced product quality planning (APQP) will be considered as an asset;
- Your APICS Certification will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Your knowledge of French and Spanish will be considered as a strong asset.
