Based in Kingston, Ontario, you will be responsible for leading the Project Core Team in identifying, assessing and responding to risks, opportunities and improvements. You will support the change manager and project manager in discussion/presentation of potential risks, opportunities or improvements that could influence the customer and/or other parties. You will also conduct workshops with external parties when appropriate.
In your role you will:
- Chair ROP/MEP workshop with core team and conduct day-to-day follow up including the coordination between the divisions. Lead and facilitate the development and direction of the project improvement program, including inter-divisional dimensions;
- Ensure the assessment of risks, opportunities and improvement are done properly and reflected in the database and MOR on a timely manner;
- Manage the ownership, response action and closure of identified risks, opportunities and improvement;
- Provide monthly status, KPIs and progress reports on risks, opportunities and improvements, and report to Project financial controller to revise risk provision and total provision as required;
- Ensure the process adherence, and provide adequate training to the project core team.

Desired profile
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate:
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field;
- You possess a minimum of two or three (2-3) years of experience in projects coordination in the Rail Way industry;
- You have good understanding of Financial and Commercial fields;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
- You are well structure, with strong analytical skills;
- You must be able to work in different tasks and flexible in working time;
- Your English communication skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
