Our Procurement Shared Services Centre in Cluj, Romania is part of the Global Supply Chain/Strategic Procurement department, providing excellent service for the organization across different commodities: Non Product related (NPR), Product Related (PR) and Information Systems (IS).

We are looking for a:

Procurement Travel & Expense Claims Administrator
for the PROC SSO, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Purpose of the Job:

Supports the Procurement organisation by processing the Travel Expense Claims, applying the BT Travel Policy consistently within the Travel Expense Claims process.

Key responsibilities and challenges:

- Generates the travel expense claims in SAP for travellers of Procurement Berlin

- Gets the information from the traveller on time and ensures the completeness of documentation

- Keeps track of milestones for the Travel Expense Claims, collaborates with the Finance department to ensure the timely and accurate finalization of the process

- Ensures compliance with the Bombardier Transportation Travel Directive and with the Data Protection legislation and reports inconsistencies

- Applies consistently the relevant processes and tools

- Applies and shares Best Practices with peers and the Finance organisation

- Archives documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications & Functional Knowledge

- Good understanding of company processes
- Typically holds 0-1 years relevant experience, preferably in administration and travel
- Strong compliance mindset
- Good level in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluent in English; additional German language skills would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
