We are currently looking to recruit an Intern (m/f) for our Chief Technology Office RAM/LC & ILS team to work full time or part time at our site in Berlin. We offer an opportunity to work in an area where challenging requirements from Customers must be supported by knowledge information with short notice. The gathering of this knowledge is one of the key tasks to handle by the intern (f/m). All applicants should have an excellent command of the English language.

Start date for the intern (m/f) should ideally be beginning of February, for a period of up to 12 months.

Your tasks

- Create and assist in collect field data, competition data etc. from different sources and compile, analyse and provide this as benchmark information to platforms, bids and projects to be used in their business
- Assist Administration of RAM/LCC & ILS SharePoint and eBoK with tasks such as upload of documents, user training and guidance and access management for users
- Assist in deployment, administration including Sharepoints and training including preparation of training material of software tools used by the RAM & LCC community
- Assist in conducting a survey on Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) / Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) across the company, the methods and tools used, the terms and definitions in the environment of ILS, processes in place.

Desired profile

Qualifications

- Student currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
- Profound knowledge of computer usage – especially in the MS Office suite. Knowledge in database tools and programming is appreciated
- Strong written / oral communication and relationship skills
- High attention to detail and focus on high-quality results delivered on time
- Good analytical skills, especially with respect to mathematics and statistics
- Very good command in English and German. Basic knowledge in French is appreciated
