We are currently looking to recruit an Intern for our Group Internal Communications Department at our headquarters in Berlin. Start date should be ideally beginning of November 2015 for a period of 6 months, fulltime.

Your tasks

- To support in the maintenance of the global internal communications calendar (Excel-based)
- To help the internal communications team in adjusting, writing and editing content for internal communications channels
- To support the internal communications network in English and preferably also German content development
- To enable smooth and efficient collaboration across the internal communications network
- To provide input and support on special projects as determined by the Head of Internal Communications

Qualifikationen

- Currently enrolled in university - option as a mandatory, course-related internship or as a working student
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong editing skills for English grammar, style and voice (familiarity with major spelling variants)
- Native English with at least a second language (ideally German and/or French)
- Ability to work with deadlines in a corporate environment
- Strong written and oral communication and relationship skills
- High attention to detail and focus on high-quality results delivered on time
