Job Profile:

Plan, manage, coordinate and facilitate Engineering design reviews for railway rolling stocks projects.

Follow-up design review open item lists for each engineering phase through the full design cycle of a project.

Track and monitor progress of engineering design review open items through Key Performance Indices (KPI’s)

Ensure proper deployment of engineering and design processes within the engineering department (i.e. related to product verification and validation, configuration Management, requirement management, product design, product planning...).

Train and coach system and design engineers to properly apply the acceptance criteria templates, design reviews checklists, quality gates, and any other quality assurance methods and tools.

Re-strengthen and supports a reliable root-cause analysis process within engineering department. It includes analysis of field issues and reflection to new projects, platforms & products
