As part of the development of the business of 3PL for warehousing and Distribution within Bolloré Logistics
RWANDA, management wants to reinforce Supply-Chain & Logistics organization hiring a Supply-Chain&Logistics project manager (VIE).
Main objectives assigned to the position
1. Develop 3PL business
2. Implement projects won
3. Manage WH building project
MAIN TASKS:
Develop 3PL business:
- Support commercial team as an expert to facilitate the sale of 3PL solutions
- Help customers to describe/to define their needs
- Analyze the specifications/tender of a customer to build a technical warehouse solution that meets the needs of the customer (quantity and quality) and economically profitable:
o Processes design
o Layout design
o Team sizing
o Storage and handling equipment sizing
o WMS solution sizing
o Business plan and pricing
Implement projects won: Ensure the delivery of the solution sold to the customer; within the agreed budget and agreed quality
- Build and follow the detailed planning of the project
- Mobilize and involve internal / external resources needed for the project
- Track and respect the budget
- Recruit staff
- Challenge and follow the suppliers
- Design and implement business processes in the warehouse
- Accompany the implementation of WMS
- Design and manage the transfer activity plan
PROFILE
Technical Sales Engineer
2/3 years' experience of implementation of a 3PL warehouse project
English: mandatory. French optional
Solution design expertise (engineering)
Project management ability (planning, cost, quality, deadline)
Sales capabilities: good customer relationship
IT capabilities (WMS in particular)
Financial stakes understanding (P&L, Benefits tracking systems)
