Job description

We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary of Lubumbashi, in DRC, an: Operations Controller
You will be in charge of KPI Management and Operational Reporting.
Your role is to assist the Operations Director on the following tasks:
- Monitor and implement the KPIs within various departments for projects
- Provide improved responsiveness in response to time and quality of services
- Improve productivity through action taken. Ensure the quality and risk analysis
- Ensure proper monitoring of files, from the opening up to the invoicing process
- Control disbursement by transit file
- Monitor the invoicing process
- Manage the monthly operational report
PROFILE
You hold a Master’s Degree in Logistics and have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Ideally, you have already worked within a logistics company. You are well organized, and have the ability to analyze various files on difficult matter. You have knowledge on control methods management.
You are bilingual in French and English.
