We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary in Djibouti, a Commercial Manager.
JOB PURPOSE
To set national sales priorities aligned to regional sales strategy and build a team of Sales experts in order to grow footprint and recognition and reach general management's objectives.
A. Sales target and marketing strategy definition
A1. Define and own cluster Gross Margin target (i.e Commercial Budget) in connection with the regional objectives and line with cluster Manager.
A2. Define the overall Sales & Marketing strategy of the entity with the aim to achieve the targets in the all strategic clusters: Key Accounts, Field Sales priorities, Verticals, Routes,…
A3. Define the marketing kits and action plan with the objective to achieve each sub-gross margin
B. Sales management
B1. Elaborate commercial plans of action and schedule of work
B2. Define and allocate portfolio
B3. Organize Sales Team
B4. Set up sales staff objectives
B5. Review Sales objectives thru weekly and monthly meetings
B6. Participate and supervise hiring of Sales candidates
C. Customer Sales Support
C1. Customer Sales Support team organization
C2. Customer satisfaction evaluation (survey, customer complains)
C3. Customer relationship building with key clients
D. Team Management
D1. Set up sales incentive scheme (commission) in line with financial objectives (Budget) and qualitative objectives (SL, Data quality within CRM,…)
D2. Performance assessment
D3. Team building
E. System control and compliance
E1. Supervise good use of CRM application and implement any Best Practices to ensure full Data Quality compliance.
E2. ISO compliance of sales activities
E3. Ensure the efficient communication channel in sales team
F. Reporting
F1. Participate to management meeting
F2. Implement monthly business Flash report
F3. Budget report
The Commercial Manager will report to the Cluster Manager.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
2 or 3 years experience in Business Development
Excellent communication
Well organized/team player
Analytics skills
