We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary in Malaysia, a Business Process Analyst
The Local BPA reports hierarchically to Region Director or MD or OPS GM and functionally to Head of OMC department. He will be working closely with Regional BPA ensuring the necessary guidance to be provided effectively & efficiently to local OC.
JOB SCOPE
1. Analyze business needs and manage the Information System evolution requests
2. Deploy new module, new function, new process as per regional guidance
3. Guarantee operational processes are realistic, productive and being monitored
4. Perform necessary prestudy and implement organizational projects if any
5. Support management in organizational & process optimization issues to achieve efficiency & productivity
6. Support management for yearly budget process
7. Support management in Infocenter analysis tool, communicate new request to REG team
KEY JOB FUNCTION
1. Receive, analyze & filter users request and write functional specification for regional validation
2. Acts as a ‘bridge’ between the request issuers and functional & technical team for any new implementation
3. Ensure change management in local entity (communication, new processes enforcement, training monitoring)
4. Analyze, formalize, harmonize operation procedure with close reference to system functionalities for optimization of its efficiency
5. Follow by providing guidance to local OC for effective procedures implementation and fine tuning, with involvement of Regional OC
6. Perform pre-study and implement organizational projects as part of the missions entrusted by the Local Management
7. Implement “best practices” in local entity and submit proposals for the evolution of our tools and organisations
SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENT
1. Analytical, objective, optimistic, self-motivated to resist constant stress or negative atmosphere
2. Ability to translate operation problems into user needs, system request and describe them in functional specification
3. Ability to brain storm for new ideas to solve operation problem
4. Able to have both functional view & technical view in preparation of the system request
5. Must have logical, approachable interpersonal skill to introduce change management with success, listening to feedback is utmost important
6. Possess simple, clear but effective training skill
7. Ability to analyze operation processes, prepare formal procedure and workflow for effective implementation
8. Solution provider to general management
