We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary in Manila, a Business Process Analyst.
The ‘Shared Service Centre’ (SSC) BPA reports hierarchically to the Head of Middle Office of ASPAC region and functionally to Head of OMC department of ASPAC region.
JOB SCOPE
- ‘SSC’ BPA will be working on streamlining ‘outsourced’ processes at ASPAC level, offering synergized, cost effective productivity to entities who are facing steep challenges in rising man power cost today.
- ‘SSC’ BPA will be working closely with REG OMC who will offer guidance in system process application Pegasus and offer solution in business process automation, in order to be consistent with entities & region approach.
- He/She will be the point of contact for any knowledge transfer from REG OMC and/or local entity, define scope of service agreement and conduct training to team member
- This role will be responsible of proposing Key performance measurement system to the management
KEY JOB FUNCTION
- Analyze, document processes or task requested by new entities
- Analyze the gap between requested processes (AS IS) and streamlined ‘good practices’ (TO BE)
- Able to analyze business needs and align/propose the best available features used in our in-house systems
- Propose possible services to the entity and drive them towards streamlined ‘good practices’
- Facilitate Change management with local entity & ‘SSC’ team (communication, collect feedback, fine tuning)
- Supervise & train team leader, remote OC, supplier matcher to ensure they perform the processes or tasks according to the service agreement with quality
- Define Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and rules of extraction to measure improvement
SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENT
- Analytical, objective, optimistic, receptive and collaborative (team player)
- Ability to understand freight forwarding operation process and identify the constraint of ‘shared service Ops’ before proposing realistic solution
- Ability to brain storm for new ideas to reach synergy and productivity
- Able to have both functional view & technical view in preparation of process automation
- Must have logical, approachable interpersonal skill to introduce change management with success, listening to feedback is utmost important
- Possess simple, clear but effective training skill
