Job description
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative trainee to join our HR Communications department located at our Ingelheim site near Frankfurt/Rhine-Main area, Germany.

The Traineeship is limited for a period of 18 month, starting by June or July 2016.
Duties & Responsibilities
· During your traineeship you support effective communication of key HR projects to the workforce and the management
· You compose journalistic texts for corporate publications and our internal social network
· Moreover, you create HR-related content to support internal HR projects and familiarize employees with our HR policies
· You assist in the planning and realization of HR Communications projects
· Content management of the HR Intranet and coordinate our HR newsletter is also your responsibility
· You coordinate communication activities with external agencies and providers
· By job shadowing in corporate communications, employer branding and recruiting services, you will become familiar with various work methods and expand your network

Desired profile
Requirements
· You have successfully completed a university degree in communications, journalism, media studies or similar and first practical work experience in PR, Communications or Employer Branding
· With your great empathy for a wide range of stakeholders you are able to comprehend the needs of your internal customers
· The way you deal with complex issues and present them in an intelligible manner characterizes you
· You are able to work in a structured environment as part of a team in an international environment
· In addition, you have exemplary writing, editing and oral skills in both German and English and very good experience in MS Office
