Job Profile
The main goal of Talent Acquisition MIDI is to fill vacancies within our Regional European Operating Unit (ROPU) by attracting the right talent in a cost effective and timely manner. By “building the bridge between talent and opportunity” we aim to create a competitive advantage for our 8 OPUs (BE, DK, FI, GR, NL, NO, PT, SE) and Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) worldwide. As Talent Acquisition MIDI has very recently been formed, we encourage you to take the opportunity to bring in your experience and ideas in order to secure BI's Talent Pipeline. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the sourcing, screening (pre)- selection of suitable candidates and coordination the whole recruitment process by guiding and consulting managers at all levels, HR Business Partners and candidates. In this position you will:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, up from the Search Kick-off Meeting until the final candidate has been identified
· Provide expert advice on and execute the optimal sourcing strategy
· Proactively source candidates via Social Media (e.g. LinkedIN)
· Utilize BI's internal and external Global Job Portals for advertising MIDI vacancies globally
· Initiate and execute talent pooling and market mapping activities
· Support Employer Branding activities in line with Corporate framework
· Actively manage relationships with external suppliers in close collaboration with Purchasing
· Screen resumes for appropriate skills, credentials, experience and knowledge
· Take part in selecting the right candidates according to requested level of skills, experience, knowledge and cultural fit
· Regularly exchange with the global BI Talent Acquisition Community to gain knowledge and share best practices
· Initiate and lead projects to enhance cost efficiency and quality of Recruitment (e.g. Implementation of a regional Employee Referral Program, Hiring Manager interview trainings, establishing university relationships)
· Monitor and ensure fulfillment of internal KPIs (e.g. Time to Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction)
· Ensure compliance with all legal/compliance requirements
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter in a highly competitive industry
· Experience in recruitment within the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
· Experience in working within an internationally operating matrix organization
· Proven knowledge of the European recruitment market
· Effective communicator (both verbal and written) with management with different cultural background and at all levels
· High level of organizational and coordinative skills
· Proven ability to initiate and effectively implement new processes
· Ability to collaborate and build (and maintain) relationships
· Experience in active sourcing and working with professional social networks
· Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices
· High level of proficiency in English language (verbal & written)
