Job description
Due to an internal promotion we are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, result driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team in Norway.
Job Profile
· In close cooperation with our regional center (MIDIc) and the local cross functional brand team, realize the financial sales target for the respiratory product portfolio and manage the direct promotional budget
· In the interest of the brand, prepare for future environmental changes (both internal and external), while ensuring adherence to compliance
· Responsible for the execution of strategy according to the MIDI Integrated Brand Plan (IBP)
· Develop and execute the local activation plan
· Initiate and facilitate collaboration projects with external stakeholders
· Give input and feedback for the MIDI IBP on local market, forecasting, competitor information, MIDI and local activities and customer insights
· Responsible for ensuring cross-functional collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. the local brand team lead)

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmaceutics, Medicine or Business Administration
• LMI Certificate required
• At least 3 years of experience in respiratory or related product management
• Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry an asset
• Experience with the interpretation and communication of scientific data
• Proven knowledge of innovative communication tools
• Native Norwegian speaker, fluent in English
• Excellent business sense and communications skills
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities
• Out of the box thinker
