The position is limited for two years.

Duties & Responsibilities

·  Handling of global order management tasks such as e.g. monitoring of global sales order process, monitoring and approval of global credit and debit note request process
·  Monitoring of global sales order processes including the review of incomplete orders and error resolution of failed electronic orders
·  Regular monitoring of billing process and ensuring complete posting of billing documents in accounting
·  You support the global credit and debit note approval process as well as the sales-related accrual process for site-specific countries
·  You act as contact person for customer-related queries (e.g. price correction, invoice copies)
·  Cross functional team work with different countries and GBS streams as well as alignment with process management
·  You work closely with international project teams and with O2C process experts, thus ensuring and ensurance of global standard O2C processes

Requirements

·  Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience
·  Good knowledge in SAP SD and FI
·  Accounting skills
·  Strong communication and analytical skills
·  Goal-oriented and result-driven teamplayer
·  Very good command of English (written and spoken); a further European language would be a benefit
