Job description

responsibility:

· Transfer in very close cooperation with the respective Marketing Unit / Business Unit the general concept / messaging and write creative briefs for displays, posters, physical exhibits for tradeshows, events and other external appearances of BI AH.
· Assist Brand team to determine all secondary focuses and the requirements associated; oversees the implementation of in-booth events; assists with set up at trade shows to ensure accuracy of displays;
· Communicate with BI China Purchasing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other enabling function for the planning, execution and reporting of planned events. Take care of all the required paperwork applicable for the planning and execution of these events.
· Organize customer related scientific conferences and training events both domestic and international. This is cooperation with local and international agencies and BI OPUs or Global Marketing AH colleagues
· Organize internal, both National, Regional and Global meeting for BI AH in China
· Prepare and maintain monthly calendar of scheduled events; keep appropriate departments informed of calendar changes. This for all events from marketing, sales and technical divisions.
· Prepare and share with Head of marketing Swine business a monthly factsheet of scheduled and incurred costs for planned and executed events.
· Schedule and/or supervise the scheduling of facility and equipment usage; arrange for food and beverages and other services as required

Requirement:

· University Degree or above, major in Advertising / Event Management, Business Communications / Administration, Journalism or Marketing / Economics
· Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a business to business environment / communications / event management area
· experienced in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
· Fluent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English and superior organizational skills
· skillful use of MS Office applications required (MS Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to travel frequently
