Job description
The HEOR Translation Team Manager will manage key processes and systems for development and delivery of HEOR resources and tools for use by the HEOR Field, HEOR Informatics and MM Sales teams with Organized Customer decision-makers. This position will work in collaboration with HEOR colleagues, other BI departments and external vendors to ensure the resources and tools are created, reviewed and approved through the MLR process and made available to the field teams, after appropriate training, in a timely and efficient manner. The HEOR Translation Team Manager also will be responsible for working with the HEOR Value Demonstration, Informatics and Field teams to contribute to the ongoing assessment of the utilization and improvement of the quality of the customer resources and tools. Job Profile
· The HEOR Translation Team Manager will manage delivery of HEOR resources and tools for use by HEOR Field, HEOR Informatics and MM Sales teams with Organized Customer decision-makers.
· Develop therapeutic area Medicaid Statements and maintain as per all label updates in support of HEOR Field Team activities and in compliance with timelines.
· Support Associate Director, HEOR Translation in working with external agencies, HEOR Value Demonstration Team, HEOR Field Team, HEOR Informatics Team, Brand Teams, and others in the development of innovative/effective communication tools for HEOR and quality of care information.
· The HEOR Translation Team Manager will coordinate the MLR review process for HEOR deliverables.
· Manages communication plans and resource repository for all HEOR tools and services derived from HEOR research, and insures resources and tools are kept current as changes to core materials occur.
· Maintain awareness of the effectiveness of deployed HEOR tools and services addressing rapidly evolving US healthcare market and needs of Organized Customer decision makers through ongoing interaction with the HEOR teams.
· The HEOR Translation Team Manager will assist with core HEOR Field Team and HEOR Informatics Team training activities and support field-based HEOR personnel in successful implementation.
· Attends all appropriate therapeutic area strategic account team calls to ensure all discussions and action items are captured and disseminated.
· Follow and comply with all compliance laws and regulations.
Requirements
· Bachelors' degree with two (2) to four (4) years' related experience or graduate level degree with one (1) to two (2) years' experience.
· MBA or MS preferred.
· One (1) to three (3) years' experience leading projects is required.
· High degree of computer literacy and knowledge of HEOR and its application to Organized Customer decisions.
· Excellent analytical skills, judgment and problem solving skills.
· Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal ability.
· Demonstrated planning, implementation, creativity, and organizational skills.
· Comprehensive understanding of Organized Customers and their impact on the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in developing innovative communication strategies and tools to support brand/disease value propositions is essential.
· Experience in developing and/or utilizing HEOR tools is preferred.
· Experience managing an advertising / marketing agency, and understanding of sales and marketing concepts are preferred.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
· Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
· Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
· Must be 18 years of age or older
