Objective
Member of the Supply Chain BUSF team, reporting to the Head of BUSF Supply Chain, the T&L manager is in charge of defining, setting and optimizing all transport flows.
In this context, you work closely with T&L purchasing manager in case of local or global T&L Request For Quotation (RFQ) as well as local supply chain (SC) teams to support the optimization of the internal logistics activities (inbound and outbound flows).
Responsibility
Your main missions are :
Support sites controlling during the budget preparation for the T&L function by providing data and assumptions and monitor global transport costs (KPis)
Support sites to establish and maintain SOP (standard operation procedure)
Define Guidelines and common tools for your domain
Support sites to implement and improve the service quality and cost optimization for the T&L
Define process requirements needs for the T&L activity and act as Business Process Owner (BPO) for your activity
Lead global projects from concept phase to implementation with SC Team, sites, global purchasing, and with strong interactions with Finance and Legal
Support projects managers and purchasing team to establish Total Cost of Ownership
Support and propose packaging improvements and alignments through guidelines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field or Supply Chain
Minimum 5 years work experience in T&L Operations on an Industrial/Manufacturing environment with both proven project and operational roles
Good knowledge of the industrial logistics and production requirements
Good knowledge of Lean Management tools
Apics certification (CLTD / CSCP/ SCOR-P)
ERP / SAP: user perspective for T&L activities (TMS / WMS)
Microsoft office applications – advanced
Fluent in English, good level in French will be considered as an advantage
Travel required – up to 20% depending on project/business requirements
