As a member of the global BUSF SPL Supply Chain team and assigned to the BBS program, you will contribute to a standard supply-chain organization, by developping common business processes and ensuring its proper implementation across sites.

As Supply Chain BPO manager , the owner of this position provides operational coordination and guidance to the BUSF Production sites by :

Developping common business processes and supporting implementation in the frame of the BBS program
Ensuring that the system reflects defined business processes
Organizing and leading Workshops related to BBS
Leading multi sites projects related to BBS
Participating to the establishment of guide lines, tools and standards
Being part of the development of the Supply chain network
Supporting sites during solution adoption, training and implementation phasis

The BPO function covers End to End processes, including :

Procurement (materials management)
Production planning & scheduling
Warehousing Inventory management and internal flows
Shipping activities
Outbound freight and
Export (shared with T&L and DF BPO)

Professional experience:

At least 5-8 years of work in a similar industry
Operational Experience in most of the Supply-Chain and logistics fields : Procurement / Production planning / Warehousing and inventory management / Logistics / Transport
Operational Experience in Project Management
Familiar with process documentation such as Guidelines and Working procedures

Technical skills:

Analytical, structured and organized
Microsoft Office expert, good SAP knowledge
Capability to coordinate and lead complex projects across entities

Personal skills:

Customer driven and result oriented
Self-starter and autonomous
High capacity to adapt with/to different cultures.
Ability to work in a complex matrix environment with proven leadership
Effective communication skills

Education and Languages:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field (Supply Chain preferred)
Fluent French-English, any other language an asset
