Responsibilities:

The Target Operating Model Integration Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of all aspects of the Arrow Integration plan to ensure the successful end of the Transition period and the necessary transformations to enable the US Go to Market operating model for the rollout of the 40 Act business offering.

The overall program is a multi-millon dollar transformation program and the candidate should become a trusted partner in the Program Management team as well as the BAU Management teams, both delivering into the program as well as recipients.

The selected candidate will effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and influence, where applicable, in order to ensure best outcomes for the US business models and for the Global best of breed systems.

Essential Functions

·
The planning for the transition and transformation across all work streams to ensure the delivery of the Technology and Business solution change, as well as the operational readiness to enable implementation into BAU Operations.

·
Co-ordinate a variety of projects and initiatives which will be running in parallel

·
Ensure that programmes meet their time, cost and quality deadlines

·
Establish and maintain the various aspects of governance, including facilitation of decision making, managing key forums and meetings, addressing issues and risks, reporting status against milestones, budgets and deliverables

·
Contribute to identification of Target Operating Models, together with the associated Roadmap

·
Initiate, scope and resource programmes

·
Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies to identify and control potential problems

·
Intervene and guide in the event of issues

·
Adapt and respond to changes

·
Work to resolve conflict and seek compromise and buy-in

·
Ensure effective communication, such that there is the ability to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making across the business.

·
Engagement with legal advisors, counterparties, clients, vendors or other external parties to ensure BNPP considerations are taken into account

·
Develop and maintain strong engaging relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)

·
Develop and motivate staff

·
Handover Programmes to Business-As-Usual

·
Develop a positive client relationship via thought leadership & direct engagement

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum Required Qualifications

· 
5+ years of project / programme delivery

· 
4+ years of experience in various tools for management e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, MC Visio

·  3+ years of experience within the Financial Service Sector

Preferred Qualifications

· 
Ability to discern industry trends and communicate those trends to key stakeholders

· 
Extensive experience among regional and global industry groups including demonstrated thought leadership activities

· 
Experience in the Security Servicing Industry.

·  Professional programme / project management accreditation (e.g. PMP)
·  Experienced in applying project management methodologies to organise and co-ordinate complex or large business and process change programmes.
·  Advanced Programme Management Skills
·  Experience in delivering Business Change
·  Experienced people manager, with ability to motivate
·  Analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), with ability to explain complex and technical concepts in straight-forward fashion
·  Experienced in establishing and improving customer relationships (internal and external)
·  Outstanding relationship management skills with an ability and willingness to work with, lead and influence, people at all levels across the organisation
·  Ability to work with external parties such as clients, vendors and counterparties effectively
·  Exceptional organizational, presentation & negotiation skills
·  Flexible, adaptable, change oriented FINRA Registrations Required: N/A
