Your main challenges:

· The Tribe Release Engineer is responsible for the management of the tribe's releases. In this context, (s)he manages a consolidated release plan for the coming period, based on the plans of the participating squads. (S)He assesses the risks, evaluates timelines, highlights and manages the dependencies, considers contingency plans and orchestrates activities across squads and even tribes
· As a Release Engineer you will be responsible in the DATA HUB -tribe to facilitate, coordinate, extend and maintain the DEVOPS-solutions (automated integration and testing) on the traditional BI-platforms (mainframe and distributed) and the big data platform
· As a guardian of the tribe's operational quality, (s)he works together with the Tribe Test Engineer, the Tribe Scrum Masters, the Tribe Product Owners, the Tribe Architect and the Squad members to enhance Delivery Predictability & Release Quality.

Highlight your strengths

· You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience
· You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset
· You have 3 years of proven experience in a release management / DEVOPS function
· You have a good experience in large enterprise.
· You have experience in Management of large projects
· You are a team player in an agile environment
· You are a quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, self-motivated
· You have very good communication and organization skills

You have these technical experiences

· sound knowledge of activities on release management and configuration management
· Release Orchestration (App. Package, runbooks, release pipeline/workflow, …)
· Continuous Integration Platform - CIP(aaS) : Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, SVN, Git, Ansible, Docker, …
· Enabling Tooling in support of Development, Testing, Quality & Collaboration
· Cloud enabling: how going to Cloud
