Job description
The role:
We are looking for someone to provide support to the Land Management Department by supporting the fee earners in their daily dealings with clients and operators (or their agents and contractors)
Key deliverables
·
Screening telephone calls and dealing with them as much as possible.
·
Raising invoices and debt management on behalf of BNP Paribas and our clients.
·
Basic accounting duties with bank reconciliations for clients
·
Basic budgeting and cashflow duties for clients
·
Maintaining an accurate and up to date paper and IT filing system
·
Data entry and assisting preparing documentation such a leases and licences or extracting relevant information from them
·
Liaising with clients, tenants and other stakeholders
·
Assisting with the administration of management client's businesses (raising rent demands, chasing for payments, transferring funds to the clients etc.)
·
Managing property on behalf of clients including but not limited to; arranging repairs as necessary, liaising with tenants, arranging statutory compliance matters for clients, managing debtors, undertaking rent reviews, insurance, void periods, lettings and end of tenancy matters.

Assist in the preparation of press releases and marketing

Experience
·
Strong communication skills - including a confident telephone manner
·
Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
·
Organised and able to prioritise
·
Ability to meet deadlines
·
Excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills
·
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
·
Strong team player with excellent people skills
·
Strong IT skills including capability in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·
Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential
·
Positive and resilient attitude
