Rural Surveyor

Job description

​An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Rural Surveyor to join Strutt & Parker's Cambridge Land Management team working throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.

The Cambridge office forms part of the wider Eastern Region Consultancy Department, encompassing a growing team of over 25 professionals in the rural sector, and which has a very strong presence spread between the Cambridge, Ipswich and Norwich offices and an impressive private client base.

The role will be primarily focused on rural estate management on behalf of private clients as well as providing associated professional advice such as strategic reviews, tax planning, valuation, landlord and tenant matters, and some brokerage

The successful candidate will ideally have the following attributes:

· Coming up to/recently qualified MRICS with experience in the rural sector
· Self -motivated, confident, and resourceful with ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team
· Career driven, commercially minded
· Ability to gain trust with clients and maintain good relationships; and strong business development skills
