Responsibilities

1) Assist in the origination of advisory and lead arranging opportunities

including:

· Market data collection and analysis, Taiwan regulatory watch,
· Market material preparation
· Client presentations
2) Assist in the execution of advisory and lead arranging opportunities
including:
· Risk Assessment
· Transaction Structuring
· Financial Modelling and Financial Modelling Oversight
· Documentation review and preparation
· Client and other external interfacing
· Client onboarding and initial and ongoing credit application preparation and credit monitoring support

Desired profile

Qualifications :


·  Strong presentation and communication skills
·  Strong work ethic with good team spirit / interpersonal skills
·  Technically proficient in financial modeling (DCF, Multiples, Merger model, LBO model)
·  Knowledge of accounting
·  Analytical approach to problem solving
·  2 to 3 years of direct experience in one of the Big 4 (KPMG, E&Y, Deloitte, PWC) in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance Department with relevant exposure to the ENR sector), and/or
·  1 to 3 years of direct experience in a reputable firm, preferably with exposure to Taiwan Energy sector (TW onshore wind, solar projects, IPP…).
·  Preferably 4-5 years of relevant experience.
·  Relevant overseas experience and CFA certificate is a plus
·  University educated (BA and above)
·  Proficient EnglishExcellent MS Office technical skills
