About us

The growth that we've achieved in recent years and the number of major industry awards that we've won are testament to our innovative products, strong service ethics and most of all, the commitment and skill of our teams. Together, we're the wheels behind business. Because leasing vehicles is about so much more than just getting from A to B. Joining us, your passion and skill will help make every journey a great one, and we'll help you steer from strength to strength.

About the role
In this role you would join the central Process Improvement team and be responsible for driving cross functional process improvements that support enhanced service delivery, growth, efficiency and other key strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, this position will require you to scope, plan and execute various improvement projects across the business. You will be expected to deliver a number of large projects a year whilst also providing coaching and support that enables business areas to improve quality and exercise continuous improvement.
You will be involved in projects of varying sizes and complexity, sometimes several at a time, often covering our three UK sites in Swindon (where the role is based) as well as Birmingham and Manchester. There will also be projects defined by group that will involve working with partners across France, Spain and Italy and will involve travel to these countries. Duties will include coaching teams in Problem Solving techniques and Visual Performance Management as part of our internal Lean deployment. You will champion the identification, design and delivery of process improvement initiatives and ensure post implementation benefits are monitored and measured.
