Job description
Position Purpose
- Support and actively contribute to the overall results of GTS Hong Kong with a specific focus on MNC and local corporate clients
- Assist to identify & develop trade business opportunities and services for BNP Paribas.
- Improve trade utilization & profitability whilst minimize risk.
- Contribute to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, term sheets (including pricing simulation), answers to RFP
- Liaise with Cash Management and Supply Chain Management to develop TB offers/products
- Prepare call reports when required (including updates in GTS Share Point)
- Prepare GTS memos
- Follow-up of the credit processes, work on the improvement of the credit processes. Work on amendment/adaptation of Bank's credit and insurance policy when required.
- Monitoring of all performance aspects of facilities so as to ensure that they operate within the approved parameters.
- Monitor all covenant compliance requirements on a regular basis.
- Liaise with all departments, both locally and internationally as required in order to achieve the objectives of GTS in APAC.

Specific Qualifications Required
- University Graduate
- At least 3 years experience in Trade business (L/C, Guarantee) with good understanding of multinational corporates' requirements
- Team player; with willingness to share, able to work in close cooperation with other business lines/departments (coverage, risks, …)
- Implementation and structuring skills in trade related products
