The Debt Markets EMEA team combines BNP Paribas’ expertise in the origination and execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM), Loan Capital Market (LCM) as well as Leveraged Finance (LFCM) transactions for corporates & financial sponsors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Intern (m/f/d) Loan Capital Market (LCM)

Your responsibility:

· Supporting LCM originators in the sourcing and execution of acquisition financing or syndicated loan transactions
· Daily tasks include the preparation of marketing materials, financial analysis incl. the preparation of financial models, coordination with other teams (Coverage, DCM, M&A, ECM etc.) and internal reporting

Your profile:

· You are an agile, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic student who can thrive under pressure and work well within a team
· Excellent academic performance (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and/or economics)
· Strong quantitative / financial modelling and communication skills
· Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
· Fully proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
· Minimum duration of the internship is 6 months, starting in April 2021
