Global FDS Markets Officer (M/F)

Permanent Contract

Your Mission :

The Global FDS Markets Officer is in charge to ensure the harmonization of AML/KYC commitment taken by all Funds Dealing Services (FDS) department of BNP Paribas securities Services Locations (Luxembourg, Paris, Milan, Madrid…) with Transfer agents in order to provide Standardize version of account opening documentations. As part of the FDS Luxembourg Market activities team, it will also be asked to actively support to the other activities when needed (Network, Tax, Quality, etc…)

Your Main Tasks :

Analysis and Validation:

· Analysis of application/subscription forms and AML/KYC commitment requested to BNP Paribas securities Services Locations by Transfer Agents.

· Create and validate standardize versions of account opening documentations to be used by locations.

· Liaise with the Global Network managers in case of AML/KYC escalation or if agreements have to be negotiated with Transfer agents on a global BP2S level.

· Provide support to other activities of FDS Luxembourg Market activities (Network, Tax, TA Quality…)

Organisation and Monitoring

· Organize and lead quarterly governance committee in cooperation with Global Network team

· Monitor the quality of service provided to ensure requestors satisfaction

Development and Promotion

· Develop and promote the activity to service FDS Department of all Locations

· Organize and monitor exchange of datas and document with each location

· Standardize the service model for all locations

Qualifications :

Your Profile :

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Access

Excellent written and oral skills in English are mandatory

Good knowledge of Fund Industry

Knowledge of account opening process with Transfer Agent

Knowledge on Transfer Agent AML/KYC requirement
