BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group's financial management.

Our Purchasing Solutions & Accounts Payable (PS&AP) department is in charge of Accounts Payable operations and expense notes management on behalf of the group's entities and businesses.

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join PS&AP Management Office that is able to understand data variance, providing a clear and concise justification of the fluctuations that will support quality action plans and enhance customer experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

· Perform data variance analysis, highlight trends and deviations and produce clear and concise supporting reports, on a daily basis
· Interact with departments/functional teams to understand variances, when needed
· Analyse the daily reports available to identify possible root causes
· Contribute to PS&AP quality actions plans
· Produce and deliver synthetic reports using Power Point, spreadsheet or graph form, when needed
· Produce tailor-made analyses to contribute to processes and overall performance improvement
· Ensure that procedures are correctly documented and timely communicated
· Contribute to "Role & Responsibility" RADAR program by applying Quality & Integrity criteria on the scope of responsibility

· Detailed oriented and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast changing environment
· Knowledge of Accounts payable processes or experience in a related area is a plus
