Within the COO/CRA&ITS/F2S Group Compliance teams, the SHINE Tuning team is in charge of the E&R of the filtering engine of the banking transactions for BNPP Group against international Sanctions and Embargoes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· The Business Analyst FircoSoft will need to identify Exceptions and filtering Rules (E&R) in the FircoSoft tools:
· Analysis of false positive hits from statistics
· Business Lines requests
·
Creation/migration projects about the FircoSoft filtering of banking transactions

· Writing the E&R within FircoSoft FML tool
· Performing set of test within FircoSoft FLV tool
· Formalization of the E&R for validation by the Group Financial Security
· 4-eyes verification and activation in Tuning Production
· Development and improvement of the statistical reporting tools used to help the identification and implementation of the E&R Tuning.
· creating and running the non-regression tests for filter engine calibration according to the Compliance Policy.

PROFILE

• Master's Degree Engineering school or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years' experience - Risk, Audit or Compliance functions in Banking environment would be a plus
• Knowledge of the Compliance and/or Permanent Control processes and key tasks
• Experience of working within a structured project management framework
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluent English and used to work in an international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Knowledge of FircoSoft tools (mandatory), Banking messaging (Swift, SEPA, …)
• Operational experience in project management in Compliance or Risk domains on functional aspects
