About Business line/Function :
The OPC is responsible for supporting business in the implementation of the Operational Risk and Control framework at Business Level / Function level. Prepare and analyze to make a necessary risk-based decision. Analyze qualitative data of each incident. Update potential incidents. Check the controls timetable. Prepare reports and follow up on them.

Position Purpose
The ORUS team (Operations Risk monitoring Unified System) is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management tools across CIB operations worldwide, for Corporate Banking, Client Management and Global Markets since 2015
ORUS allows managers and Operating Permanent Control officers to implement and perform 1 st and 2 nd Level Control Plans on a periodic basis. The ORUS solution ensures the coherence between the process, the controls and the associated risks, and contributes to the reinforcement of the management of operational risks within ITO. The tools must be constantly adapted to meet the different regulatory requirements and organizational constraints of the bank.
The program covers all ITO regions and businesses, and regularly used by over 6,000 users spread out across 44 countries, allowing them to perform over 16,000 controls. The scope is currently being extended to other CIB activities such as Global Banking Front Office and BP2S. The number of users is expected to reach 10,000 by the end of 2021.
Responsibilities
Main activities:
· Maintenance in ORUS, in regards to Control Plans and Processes
· Access and rights management via sail point as well as delivering lists of reports
· Updating control plans and processes and Implementation of the new processes or deep enhancements of the existing ones in ORUS tool
· To make the Modeling in the Designer Tool in ORUS with complete UAT by designing flowcharts and checking whether the result is properly reflected in ORUS
· To perform the training and guidance to the users before the go-live.
· Performance administration support to the ORUS tools, user accounts & profile maintenance.
· Maintenance of the Controls that are implemented within ORUS: Self-Declarative & Control of Control i.e. small changes in process flows, update of procedures, and update of control points.
· Maintenance of regular reporting for the APAC stakeholders
· Generation of Weekly & Monthly reports as per requests
· Generation of ad-hoc reports as per user requirement
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Fluency in Communication skills - spoken and written English
· Analytical skills and understanding client requirements is required
· Good comprehension, presentation & interpersonal skills
· Experience in Process Mapping and banking experience is an asset
· Knowledge of UAT and testing would be an advantage
· Able to work under pressure independently
· Self-Initiative and be pro-active
· Attention to details and challenge issues when problem arises
· Prior experience in Operational Risk Management is an asset
Degree Holder in Finance and/or IT or equivalent
· Risk Management monitoring / incident avoidance is a plus
