Analyst with French in Transfer Agent Department

Wondering how your typical day at our company will look like?

Responsibilities:

ü Daily identification of orders in the system
ü Identification of “out of scope movements”
ü Ensuring correct allocation of distribution agreements orders to a distributor within agreed deadlines
ü Reconciliation of distributors positions based on Custodian Statements
ü Fees calculation
ü Responding to any query from internal or external sources accordingly to operational procedures
ü Participation in internal projects
üEscalating any special problems and events to management

Qualifications :

Requirements:
ü University degree
ü Fluent English & French
ü First experience in Fund industry or financial background
ü Strong attention to details
ü MS Office knowledge
ü Excellent communication skills
ü Resiliency
