The role
· Support the Associate Director, Client Targeting:
· Administration and management of data stored on properties for the investment agents
· Data capture, analysis and manipulation
· Data entry onto the relevant company databases
Key deliverables
· Ensuring data integrity on the relevant company databases(s)
· Developing programs and/or macros for data analysis
· Determine delivery methods and information requirements
· Responding in a timely manner to data analysis requests

· Has a awareness of wider team or department budget

Qualifications :
Essential qualifications
· Educated to minimum A Level standard or equivalent
Desirable qualifications
· Educated to degree level
Essential experience
· Advanced PC skills and experience in standard Microsoft products; inclusive of Excel and Database management is essential
· Experience in statistical analysis and drawing conclusions from data
· Demonstrable record of producing documents; inclusive of statistical reports for internal and external use
· Clear writing style and the ability to take the complex and express it in simple terms without losing the central message
· Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
