You’ll work as part of the IT Infrastructure & Collaboration Services (ICS) Tribe, the powerhouse managing the cutting-edge technological backbone propelling the bank into the future.

Within the Tribe, you’ll dive into the Digital Working & Change Squad—a vibrant, diverse team sparking and nurturing digital agility, collaboration and learning.

 

In your job, you will

 

●      drive end-to-end coordination for impactful projects within our tribe, collaborating with diverse engineering teams.

●      establish and nurture robust communication channels, connecting with IT colleagues in France, preferred contacts, and business teams.

●      propel communication campaigns across various channels, including articles, newsletters, emails, and intranet publications.

●      ensure up-to-date online documentation and tutorials, empowering our end-users with valuable resources.

●      contribute to the crafting of essential documentation and online information sessions for end-users.

●      expertly address functional queries and requests from end-users regarding our tools.

 

Your Talents and Skills

●      You’ve got a knack for creative writing and rock-solid communication skills, both spoken and written.

●      You’re a team player extraordinaire, fuelled by sharing knowledge for collective success.

●      You’re a master of structure and negotiation, always hitting goals within the deadlines.

●      You thrive on agile thinking, never shying away from challenging norms for continuous improvement.

●      You love showing end-users the ropes to squeeze every drop of benefit from our infrastructure and tools.

●      You have a thorough knowledge of English, Dutch, and/or French

●      You have proven experience with the M365 collaboration tools.

●      You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through professional experience
