We are looking for individuals like you with the drive to turn their visions into reality by the 1 of April 2016. Supported by an experienced mentor, you’ll have the chance to work abroad, join dynamic teams tackling exciting and varied projects – and build your own invaluable network of global contacts.

You should have:

  • Excellent degree in engineering, ideally in industrial engineering or economics with a focus on logistics, mathematics or physics; possibly followed by a doctorate or postgraduate studies in business.
  • Minimum of 6 months professional experience gained through practical activities during your degree or initial professional experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, logistics processes and material flow concepts and simulations, and especially knowledge of lean production, are desirable.
  • Ability to design process chains and their constant improvement in global logistics networks.
  • Minimum of 4 months experience abroad, either through an internship, studies or work and travel.
  • Extracurricular activities.
  • Business-fluent German and English; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous. Self-reflection and a genuine manner.
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in taking responsibility.
  • High degree of strategic and analytical competence.
  • Strong customer and quality orientation.
  • Self-motivated, determined and goal-oriented.
