We are looking for individuals like you with the drive to turn their visions into reality by the 1 of April 2016. You should have:

Excellent degree in engineering, ideally in industrial engineering or economics with a focus on logistics, mathematics or physics; possibly followed by a doctorate or postgraduate studies in business.
Minimum of 6 months professional experience gained through practical activities during your degree or initial professional experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems, logistics processes and material flow concepts and simulations, and especially knowledge of lean production, are desirable.
Ability to design process chains and their constant improvement in global logistics networks.
Minimum of 4 months experience abroad, either through an internship, studies or work and travel.
Extracurricular activities.
Business-fluent German and English; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous. Self-reflection and a genuine manner.
Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
Strong interest in taking responsibility.
High degree of strategic and analytical competence.
Strong customer and quality orientation.
Self-motivated, determined and goal-oriented.
