As a Trainee in Real Estate and Facility Management you will be part of a dynamic team with responsibility for Real Estate, Facilities, and the provision of related services worldwide. Your contribution could be integral in helping to further develop our functional strategy and operations, the definition, optimizing, and steering of our processes and making a contribution in site expansion and development projects. The scope of services within the team is broad and diverse. This provides you the opportunity to gain experience in various interesting aspects of our business. These include building projects, real estate transactions, space provisioning and management, facility management, energy management, real estate strategy and portfolio management, mobility services, traffic planning, fleet management, as well as operations and security. Within these service areas you will have the opportunity to be involved in a span of topics stretching from strategy and planning to operations.

You should have:
- An above-average degree in in Facility Management or Engineering preferable with a business background or equivalent training.
- At least six months of relevant practical experience in Real Estate, Construction and/or Facility Management (study-related or professional).
- At least four months experience of studying, working or travelling abroad. A track record of participating in extracurricular activities.
- Business-fluent German and English; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the standard MS Office applications.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A self-reflective and open personality.
- A willingness to take on responsibility.
- The motivation and determination to set and achieve new goals.
- Strong customer and quality orientation.
- The desire to embark on an international career.
