You should have:

• An above-average degree in engineering (ideally mechanical engineering with a specialisation in manufacturing, process and energy engineering, electrical engineering or aerospace engineering).
• At least six months of relevant practical experience in the production area of a company (study-related or professional).
• Knowledge of planning production processes using virtual methods.
• The ability to design process chains.
• At least four months' experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
• A track record of participating in extracurricular activities.
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• A self-reflective and open personality.
• Drive, determination and a willingness to take on responsibility.
• The desire to embark on an international career.
