You should have:
- An above-average degree in engineering (ideally mechanical engineering with a specialisation in manufacturing, process and energy engineering, electrical engineering or aerospace engineering).
- At least six months of relevant practical experience in the production area of a company (study-related or professional).
- Knowledge of planning production processes using virtual methods.
- The ability to design process chains.
- At least four months' experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
- A track record of participating in extracurricular activities.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
- A self-reflective and open personality.
- Drive, determination and a willingness to take on responsibility.
- The desire to embark on an international career.
