Job description

Aufgaben

The intern will support the Talent Management team with current projects in the Americas region, incl. strategic HR, planning/management, employer branding, recruiting, future talent development programs, leadership qualification,

potential/succession planning/programs, continuing education, and change management.

• Assist in the development of talent management strategies and concepts for the Americas region (Canada, US, Latin America); to include strategic talent management, leadership training, employer branding, recruiting and talent sourcing, future talent programs, training & qualification.

• Assist in the coordination and steering of strategy and concept implementation and conformance by the regional corporate entities.

• Assist in monitoring and analysis of market and competitor trends regarding talent management strategies and solutions in the region, and development of recommendations for the region and/or the BMW Group.

• Assist in planning, sourcing, selection, on-boarding, and steering of external service providers required to support the entire suite of talent management needs.

• Handle additional assignments and projects, as directed by management.

Der Einsatz mit einer Dauer von 6 Monaten kann frühestens am 18.01.2016 beginnen.

Dieses Praktikum ist in Vollzeit zu absolvieren.

Qualifikation

For completing an internship at Plant Spartanburg the following prerequisites would need to be fulfilled:

1) Must be currently enrolled in a full-time study program outside the US

2) Successfully completed an internship / working student assignment within the BMW Group (3 month period minimum)

3) Completed intermediate diploma / predegree
