Bluestar Silicones INTERNATIONAL (500M € turnover and 1400 employees worldwide) is a world leader in the production and distribution of silicone, with dominant positions in markets such as elastomers (molding, para-medical, automotive industry ...), the coating paper (packaging, self-adhesive label ...), textile coating (airbags, technical textiles, laundry ...).
Poste et missions:
In connection with local management and the other Corporate business, you will take financial responsibility for all of our activities in Germany (processing plant, trading and sales office). As such, you will report hierarchically to the general manager of the subsidiary with a dotted line to the Finance Manager Europe. The position primarily focused around industrial control management also covers the financial responsibility of a legal entity in its own right (production of financial statements, relationships with auditors, cash management, administrative aspect, legal, tax ... ). You will participate in monthly closings, meetings and results of the forecasting process and budget. You will also pilot the continuous improvement projects on your site and as needed, participate in projects at European or global level.
Profil:
Graduate from a business school, you have had one or more significant experience in audit or management control in the industrial sector. Organized and rigorous, you are a fan of teamwork, you master English and German. You are very comfortable with Excel (knowledge of SAP / BW is a plus).
