Blue Branch are an innovative Sales, Marketing and Promotions company who specialise in customer acquisition through events-based marketing / sales campaigns. We are looking for highly motivated, vibrant, energetic individuals with a good personality to work with our dynamic events sales teams.

While we don't require any specific experience, these roles are very customer focused and interactive and therefore are ideally suited to confident and outgoing individuals who thrive working in a fast paced team environment. Customer service, promotions and or sales experience would be an advantage, however not a requirement as we provide all of our representatives with first class training to allow them to be able to represent our clients with confidence, professionalism and transparency. We aim to achieve complete customer satisfaction and we do this by providing an outstanding customer experience to all potential customers.

We are looking for the following personal attributes:

• High levels of motivation and a proven self starter

• Flexibility to undertake a significant amount of travel for events, including weekends

• Well organized, dependable and results focused

Applicants will have at least 6 months slaes or customer service expericence.

You will be cross trained in all aspects of:

• Brand Management

• Customer Service

• Events Planning

• Objection Handling

• Relationship Building

• Sales

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants successful at the initial stage will be invited to attend an observation day, shadowing one of our representative's at an event, getting to experience first hand what a typical day working with Blue Branch would be like. As this is still a part of the interview process and helps towards making a final decision applicants will not be compensated. Our representatives are self employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped! We are looking for people who can start immediately so we regret we are unable to process applications from out with the local area.
