Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain and own overall project calendar, milestones, and schedules
• Collaborate with internal team and leads on project documentation
• Manage, track, and report project scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop collaboration tools and workflows
• Reinforce consistent and regular communication between internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications 

• Well-versed in project management methods, including process development and execution
• Experience working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Adaptable to changing business needs and expanded project requirements
• Able to gain cooperation and reduce tension among team members and impacted departments
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills in English
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

Pluses

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Formal project management training, and / or certification
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other online project management tools
• Experience in the video game, tech, or film industries
• Passionate about the emerging esports landscape
