Job description

Biesse Group is a market leading manufacturer of woodworking, glass and stone machinery with headquarters in Pesaro – Italy with subsidiaries all around the world.
We are looking for a Software Training Specialist .

Location :
Biesse Group Tech Center, Charlotte, NC
Education level:
Associates degree in Architecture or Engineering or related industry experience

Experience:

· Extensive CAD/CAM Software experience (Auto CAD, Solidworks)
· 2-3 years software trainer or instructor experience
· Excellent oral, written communication skills
· Superior presentation skills, time management and planning skills.

Responsibility

· Occasional travel is required
· Training Specialist key responsibilities Charlotte and California locations
· Manage the training program in accordance with business needs
· Prepare and conduct Biesse works and Bsolid training classes
· Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
· Provide hands on machine training
· Provide service training coordinator with Customer pre-training checklist, dates, hotels, etc.
· After training follow up with Customers providing training survey
· Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
· Training Specialist additional responsibilities
· Re-define instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) to enhance effectiveness
· Conduct independent continuing education on software updates and presentations
· Provide billable training programs to Customers, webinars, additional training on programming, maintenance. A value will be put on projects once one can be established then employee will receive a certain % for the billable service
· Design multimedia curriculum, you tube videos
· Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
