Position and missions:
This position is key for the local finance and sales team. The sales controller is responsible for key process such as Sales analysis, Customer Contracts/Back Margin & Pricing Management as well as part of the Rolling Forecast process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis by Division of Sales, Customers, Territories, Product categories.
- Responsible for our Back Margin module (JDE): Training users, management/check of the contracts with KAM, back margin reconciliation vs balance sheet (per year and customer), contract variance analysis and invoice approval.
- Taking care of closing tasks such as sales load, back margin accruals, analysis and validation plus supporting the rest of the finance team with other tasks if needed.
- Managing the Rolling Forecast process (Volumes & OIS), including planning the process linked to BIC Group deadlines, maintaining files, provide support to the team, lead and plan review and target meetings and finally load all data in our financial systems.
- Pricing Management: prepare and load prices/ rebates in JDE; Monthly check of net pricing accuracy in JDE; Maintain pricing agreement database
- Manage the monthly distributors data (sell-in/sell-out/inventories database) and control their coherence and relevance.
- Pricing checks such as Lowest Net Net (LNN Check) to align Local Sales Policy with the European Sales Policy.
- Sales team bonus target preparation and calculations.
- Support the Sales team in pre-offer calculations/Analysis on NS, ASP, GP etc.
- Support to Sales and Marketing team in cost related questions and analysis.
- Key User in Cognos/BI tools which includes conducting trainings for the Sales and Marketing team
Profile:
- 1-3 years experience in similar role with Business School/ Master degree in Finance
- Proficiency in Excel (Power BI/Pivot/Query is a +)
- Knowledge of BI reporting tools (preferably Cognos), ERP, CRM systems
- English fluent
