Our client is a fresh, innovative and exciting blue chip FTSE 250 with an enviable brand portfolio and ambitious growth plans. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Fragrance division of this globally successful FMCG Business.
As the Marketing Manager for the Fragrance Division you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of the five year brand strategy, delivering profitable growth by coordinating marketing initiatives and supporting product development and launch activities. Acting as a brand guardian you will ensure the core brand essence is maintained and developed and you will monitor the latest fragrance trends in addition to competitor activity to identify and exploit any gaps and opportunities for the fragrance division. Additionally you will lead all strategic fragrance research and use this knowledge to develop fresh and original concepts and brand solutions.
The ideal candidate will already be operating at SBM to MM level within a Fragrance or flavour led business. Candidates with experience gained in a Fragrance house will have a significant advantage and relocation assistance will be offered. Candidates must be of graduate calibre with at least five years marketing experience gained within a fragrance, FMCG or other consumer product environment. International consumer research experience is desirable.
