Job description
My client are a national construction contractor who specialise in refurbishments and maintenance to New Build. They are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Supervisor to work on a new build retirement home/flats in Lichfield, on a 12 month contract.
They are ideally looking for a graduate type person who can look after the contractors & help out with site deliveries and on site paper work. The Ideal Candidate will shadow the project manager but will also be involved with general labour based duties. Keeping the site office clean & housekeeping duties.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate the Project is a passivhaus build. Passivhaus buildings provide a high level of occupant comfort while using very little energy for heating and cooling. They are built with meticulous attention to detail and rigorous design and construction according to principles developed by the Passivhaus Institute in Germany, and can be certified through an exacting quality assurance process.
·Maintain quality control on site and ensure compliance with the specification
·help Supervise day to day operations & help with labour
·Promote and enhance the company image
Maintain daily site records
Must Have CSCS as a minimum
