Your responsibilities:

·  Coordinate workstreams in internal cross-organizational project

·  Ensure transparency and clarity for stakeholders through clear communication in time and on the point

·  Analyse, optimize and develop processes and documentation (i.e. approval flows, responsibilities, project setup)

·  Work on financial and business perspective

Skills and qualifications needed:

·  Ongoing studies in Business Studies, Business Informatics or similiar

·  Strong organizational and prioritization skills

·  MS office skills

·  Self motivated and self driven

·  Analytical and conceptual

·  Experience in ecommerce/finance/banking is a plus

·  Language: very good command of English and German
