Your Challenge
We are looking to recruit service center agents (m/f) for our eCommerce businesses in Dortmund with mother tongue Polish!
Your tasks will include verbal and written support for online customers with focus on fashion and household goods.
Your profile
In addition to good English knowledge we expect a level of “near native” for Polish verbal as well as written. Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of PC usage and the MS-Office software.
You convince with a friendly and empathic performance. You are a team player and deal with escalations in a professional manner.
