Working as part of a busy HR team, the Recruiter will have responsibility for meeting the recruitment needs for all lines of business in arvato Reno (with support to Fargo). This role will also have some elements of project work to ensure that the company are attracting and retaining the highest caliber of employees and using the most effective forms of recruitment and selection practices.

· Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal and external candidates ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines

· Evaluate processes and continually strive for improvements

· Liaise with managers on headcount requirements

· Consistently source high quality candidates for all business areas utilizing appropriate sourcing methods

· Screening and short listing of candidates for all vacancies

· Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing

· Build strong relationships with Managers and support them on the process of creating job descriptions, application tests, and interview techniques, etc.

· Manage recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, reference checking and the onboarding of new hires and temps. 

· Manage the relationship with temporary agencies and keep them informed of new requirements

· Update of job boards and posting of vacancies online via ATS tool

· Actively promote the company as an employer in our community, via career fairs, college recruitment and other creative ways. 

· Partner with local colleges and universities to develop and internship program

· Produce weekly/ monthly recruitment activity reports

· Ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation and best practice

· Lead/ participate in recruitment/ HR related projects as required

· Provide support and guidance to more junior team members

· Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently

Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or HR Certification preferred, CIR a plus

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).  Success Factors a plus

· Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment team

· Experience within a BPO environment desirable

· Excellent sourcing skills; Boolean searches, use of LinkedIn Recruiter, ability to build networks and maintain pipelines

· Highly proficient with MS office (including excel)
